If you complete an online survey we do ask for your email address, but this is only used to confirm your identity and prevent multiple entries. Your information will not be used for any other purpose or passed to any third party.
If you complete the feedback form, we do ask that you enter your name and email address so that we can contact you about your query if neccessary. These details will not be used for any other purpose. We will not pass these details to a third party unless this is neccessary to deal with your query and then only with your permission.
